The PropStream alternative for working the leads, not just finding them

PropStream and ARIA do different jobs, and ARIA is not the lower price: PropStream Essentials is $99 a month and ARIA Max is $249. PropStream finds and researches properties across the country. ARIA takes it from there: Aria calls the sellers who asked to hear from you, the pipeline tracks each deal, and comps, contracts and a cash buyer finder sit beside it. Many wholesalers will want both.

WHAT ARIA COVERS

The parts of PropStream that ARIA replaces.

PropStream sells no AI calling agent. Its calling tools are a click-to-dial softphone and dialer campaigns for a person making the calls, sold as a paid bundle on the entry plan. In ARIA, Aria makes the call: 400 minutes a month on ARIA Max, with a live handoff to you when a seller is ready.

ARIA Max includes

  • Property Auto-Fill: beds, baths, square footage, year built, photos and estimates
  • Lead Finder: AI-sourced seller leads, pay only for the leads you take
  • Comps Engine and ARV validation

WHY PEOPLE LOOK

Why wholesalers look for a PropStream alternative.

PropStream is a nationwide property data platform: more than 160 million properties, list building with stacked filters, comps and skip tracing. It is a research and list tool, not a deal pipeline.

  • It stops at the list. There is no deal pipeline, no contracts and no e-signature, so a CRM is needed beside it.
  • Every call is still made by a person; the dialer tools assist a caller, they do not replace one.
  • On the entry plan, skip tracing is charged per contact unless the calling bundle is added.

THE HONEST PART

Where PropStream is the better pick.

  • Data depth: more than 160 million properties with deed, mortgage, lien and listing records behind them. ARIA does not try to match that.
  • List building with more than 165 filters and ready-made lead lists across the whole country.
  • Driving for dollars in its mobile app, and direct mail sent from inside the product.
  • Large skip tracing allowances on its higher plans.
  • Team seats on its higher plans.

DECIDE IN A MINUTE

Should you switch?

Switch to ARIA if

  • Your lists are fine and the leads are what go quiet: nobody calls them back fast enough.
  • You want the pipeline, comps and contracts in one place instead of a data tool plus a CRM.
  • You want the first call made for you by an AI agent.

Stay with PropStream if

  • Pulling and filtering large lists is the centre of your marketing.
  • You send direct mail or drive for dollars.
  • You already have a CRM and a caller you are happy with.

MOVING OVER

Switching from PropStream takes an afternoon.

  1. Export your saved lists from PropStream as a CSV file.
  2. Import the CSV into ARIA. Match each column to a field once; duplicates are caught by phone number.
  3. Point your lead sources at your ARIA lead link so new seller leads land in the pipeline on their own.
  4. Turn Aria on. She calls each new lead who asked to hear from you, qualifies them and books the walkthrough on your calendar.
  5. Run both side by side for a week on the free trial, then cancel the tool you no longer open.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is ARIA a replacement for PropStream?

Only partly. ARIA covers property details, comps and a lead finder, but it does not offer PropStream’s nationwide list building or its depth of records. ARIA’s job starts where the list ends: calling the sellers back, tracking the deal and getting the contract signed.

Is ARIA less expensive than PropStream?

No. PropStream Essentials is $99 a month and ARIA Max, the plan that includes comps, is $249. They are priced for different work: one is a data subscription, the other is a CRM with an AI calling agent.

Can I use PropStream and ARIA together?

Yes, and many wholesalers will. Pull and filter a list in PropStream, export it as a CSV file and import it into ARIA. As sellers respond to your marketing, Aria calls them back, qualifies them and books the walkthrough.

Does PropStream have a CRM?

It is not positioned as one. It keeps saved lists with tags, notes and statuses, but its pages describe no deal pipeline, contract generation or e-signature.

Does PropStream have AI calling?

Not an agent that makes calls. Its AI features are property search, summaries and on-screen calling scripts for a human caller. The calls themselves are made by a person.
