Your early access rate is the price you pay for as long as your subscription stays active. When standard pricing arrives, it never applies to you.

Your early access rate comes with you. Upgrade or downgrade any time and you pay that plan’s early access rate, not the standard one. Only cancelling, or letting the subscription lapse, ends the lock.

As demand grows. Standard pricing will be $99 for Starter, $297 for Pro and $497 for Max a month. Early access members are exempt while they stay active, and everyone gets advance notice.

Starter is the CRM and deal math for your first deals, with the Lead Finder and Investor Finder included. Pro is where most solo wholesalers land: Aria calls your leads, fills in property data, drafts contracts with e-sign, and 25 credits a month cover your first unlocks. Max is built for volume, with 400 calling minutes, 3 simultaneous lines, comps, skip tracing, KPI Insights and Aria’s follow-up texts.

No setup fee, no onboarding charge and no contract. Monthly plans run month to month and you can cancel any time; annual plans are one payment for twelve months at your early access rate.

Every plan is one login today, and you can stay signed in on two devices at a time, say your laptop and your phone. Ultra, the team plan with five seats and Max on every one, is coming soon; its price is announced at launch, and teams can start on Max now and move over the day it opens.

Yes. Sign up and you land in a showroom full of sample deals, so you can see every screen working before you add your own; start the 7-day Pro trial when you’re ready and the real workspace opens with full access. A card is required to start the trial; cancel before day 8 and you’re not charged. Annual plans and Starter or Max start right away at your early access rate.

Yes. The trial includes 30 minutes of AI calling: set up her local number in a few minutes, run a test call to your own phone and let her take your first seller conversations. Extra lines and numbers and top-ups wait until the trial converts, and the trial includes 10 credits for Lead Finder and Investor Finder unlocks.

One payment covers twelve months at your early access rate, about 20% less than paying monthly, and it renews yearly at that same rate. Annual plans skip the trial and start the moment you subscribe.

From Settings, in about a minute, and it stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your data stays in your account. Rejoining later means the standard rate in effect at that time, so the early access rate is worth keeping active.

Cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current period; subscriptions aren’t prorated for unused time. Duplicate or accidental charges and billing errors are refunded: write to support within 14 days of the charge.

Payments run through Stripe and we never see or store your full card number. Update your card or download invoices any time from Settings.

Your own leads: sellers who reached out to you, lists you bring in and the Lead Finder properties you unlock. She dials from a dedicated local number in the area code you choose, only inside the calling hours you set, and a lead’s preferred contact time narrows that window further. Consent for the lists you bring stays your responsibility.

Yes, on every call. Aria introduces herself as your company’s AI assistant before she asks anything, gives the recording notice wherever the law requires it and answers plainly if someone asks whether she’s a robot. Anyone who wants a person gets a callback or a transfer to your number.

She confirms she has the right person, asks the qualifying questions (owner, timeline, condition, what number would work), books a walkthrough on your calendar when it fits and never argues price. Afterwards the lead carries the outcome, a summary, the facts she gathered, the recording and the full transcript.

Pro includes 100 minutes of AI calling a month and Max 400. When they run out, calls pause instead of running up a surprise bill; top up from Settings, or turn on auto-refill so Aria never stops partway through a list.

One line on Pro, with a second available. Max includes 3 simultaneous lines and expands to 10, so a long list takes an afternoon instead of a week, and you can watch the live queue and read transcripts as the calls happen.

Yes. Every call runs in English and Spanish: set a lead’s language and she opens in it, and if the seller switches mid-call, so does she. Add a pronunciation note for an unusual name and she uses that too.

On Pro and Max, yes. After a call she sends short follow-up texts on a schedule, pauses the moment the seller replies and stops instantly on STOP. Texts go only to mobile numbers of leads who agreed to hear from you, inside daytime hours. Pro includes 500 texts a month and Max 2,000, sent from your own number.

Yes. Import a CSV from any CRM or list provider, match the columns once and tag the source so you can report by channel later. Aria dedupes by phone number, so a stale export never overwrites a lead you’ve worked, and you can export your leads to CSV whenever you like.

Browsing the inventory, filtering and market sweeps are free on every plan. You spend credits only on the leads you unlock: Pro includes 25 a month and Max 100, you can top up in the app, and an unlock whose owner lookup comes back empty costs nothing.

The Investor Map shows recent investor purchases around any address, and browsing the map, the matches and the purchase history is free on every plan. Unlocking a buyer shows their name and contact details for credits, from the same balance the Lead Finder uses: Pro includes 25 credits a month and Max 100.

Aria drafts purchase and assignment agreements from your deal and sends them for built-in e-signature under the federal ESIGN Act; every signed document comes with a certificate of completion recording who signed, when and how. Templates are a starting point, not legal advice, so have a local attorney review them for your state.

Yes. Set up Aria’s number and you get a private webhook link that drops leads from your website forms, PPC vendors or any form builder straight into your pipeline, where she can call a new inbound lead within a minute, inside your calling hours. Google Calendar connects with one click, and CSV import and export cover the rest.

Yes. Connect Google Calendar with one click and every appointment Aria books lands there within minutes, or subscribe to your private ARIA calendar link from Apple Calendar, Outlook or anything else that reads one. She checks your existing ARIA appointments before offering a time, so she never double-books.

You do. Your leads, buyers, contracts and call records are yours: we never sell them, they travel encrypted and sit behind row-level access rules, and you can export your leads to CSV or delete your account from Settings at any time.
